Located at Aventura Mall, the two-story, 21,500 SF Apple Store sits beside the main entrance plaza. Inside, 80-foot-long precast concrete beams span 60 feet high across slender steel columns, creating a dramatic vaulted ceiling with 20-foot-wide arches. A white fabric lining softens acoustics. The undulating concrete roof, inspired by Miami’s Art Deco, captures rainwater, saving 170,000 gallons annually, while deep eaves provide shade and reduce solar exposure.
